Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Care Management: Plan, implement, and evaluate all clinical care services delivered at the Unit.- Quality & Patient Safety: Oversee reporting and communication of quality improvement initiatives, drive patient safety awareness, manage safety culture surveys, and coordinate recognition programs.- Patient Care Standards: Establish and maintain patient care protocols to ensure compliance with all regulations and continuously enhance patient satisfaction.- Clinical & Administrative Leadership: Provide clinical and administrative direction for the operations of medical departments and services.- Medical Audits: Support and coordinate internal and external medical audits.- Committee Management: Lead and manage key committees such as Infection Control Committee, Ethics Committee, and others at the Unit.
