Duties/Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with various internal and external teams across multiple locations

- Problem-solving and decision-making for large scale projects

- Drive programs by understanding the underlying technology and architecture for proposed solutions

- Build a roadmap and communicate objectives, timelines, status and results clearly, focusing on critical key points.

- Brainstorm and drive programs with product and engineering teams to identify, prioritize and track tasks to completion goals.

- Identify risks and corresponding mitigation plans and put into motion the solutions.

- Identify operational and process improvements and quickly set-up processes to fill gaps.

- Manage multiple, time-sensitive projects simultaneously.

- Partner closely with business, product and engineering leaders to understand and influence product direction and ensure execution matches.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Strong Program/Partner Management leadership experience, including 2+ years of leading multiple complex programs.

- Program/Partner management skills around planning, execution, communication, risk management, and stakeholder management

- Strong ability to understand tech stacks and architecture and drive tech solutioning with engineering leads

- Experience of having successfully delivered large, complicated programs

- Self-starter. Team player. Passion to work in a fast-paced, results-focused environment

- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

- Strong analytical skills and understanding of data

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, related fields or equivalent practical experience

- 1+ years Program/Partner Management experience involving business, operational, and technology deliverables

- 1+ years of experience managing programs with technical dependencies
