Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Media Technician based in Coimbatore. The Media Technician will be responsible for providing technical support for media production, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of audiovisual equipment. The role involves coordinating video production tasks and assisting with customer support to ensure optimal client satisfaction. Additionally, the Media Technician will collaborate with team members to maintain the quality and functionality of media systems.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively collaborate with team members and assist clients
Technical Support and Troubleshooting abilities to address and resolve media equipment issues
Experience in Video Production and operating audiovisual equipment is essential
Proven ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and systems
Relevant certifications in media technology or related fields are a plus
