Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure.
Sell media concepts across TV, Radio, Print, Digital, Outdoor & Commercial Leasing platforms.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Build and nurture strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and brand partners.
Identify new business opportunities in commercial real estate leasing (retail & outdoor media spaces).
Negotiate and close high-value deals with strong conversion skills.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:-
Education: Graduate from Delhi University (mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 4 years in media sales / concept selling / commercial real estate leasing.
Proven track record of revenue generation & deal conversions.
Strong business acumen, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
MBA from NCR region (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
