Media Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Media Sales Manager to drive advertising sales, build strong client relationships, and grow revenue across digital, print, broadcast, or social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of media products, advertising solutions, and market trends, along with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve media advertising revenue targets. Identify and acquire new clients, agencies, and brand partnerships. Sell advertising solutions across multiple media platforms (digital, print, TV, radio, OOH, social media, etc.). Conduct client meetings, presentations, and media pitches. Build and maintain relationships with key advertisers and media buying agencies. Understand client objectives and recommend suitable ad formats, placements, and campaign solutions. Collaborate with creative, marketing, and operations teams to deliver successful campaigns. Track market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies. Monitor campaign performance and provide analytical reports to clients. Ensure timely contract closures, billing, and revenue collection.

Required Skills:



Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. In-depth knowledge of media sales, advertising formats, and campaign metrics.
