Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow advertisement sales for the magazine through
direct client visits, calls, and emails

Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers across industries.
Represent the company at
trade exhibitions, conferences, and networking events
to generate business leads.
Develop customized advertising solutions for clients to meet their marketing goals.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and strategies for management.
Guide and support the sales team (if applicable) to ensure business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
4-6 years of proven experience in
media / advertisement sales
(preferably in publishing, magazine, or media companies).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Established network of industry clients will be a plus.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
