Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities in digital media, branding, and marketing services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Develop customized media proposals and advertising solutions based on client requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, digital marketing, and production) to ensure smooth project execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to optimize sales strategies.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and projections.
Represent the company at networking events and industry forums to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in
media sales, advertising, or digital marketing services.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of media planning, digital ad formats, and campaign analytics is an added advantage.
