Media Sales Executive

to join our team and help expand our client base while driving revenue growth through innovative media solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with advertisers, agencies, and brands. Promote and sell advertising space across various media platforms (digital, print, social, outdoor, etc.). Understand clients' marketing objectives and propose customized media plans to meet their needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent service. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, digital marketing) to ensure campaign success. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field. 3 - 10 years of experience in media, advertising, or sales (digital media experience preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to meet sales targets and build lasting client relationships. Knowledge of advertising metrics, media buying, and campaign performance analysis. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
