1. Job Purpose



To generate revenue by selling advertising and media solutions to clients. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets.

2. Key Responsibilities



A. Sales & Business Development



Identify and acquire new clients for media advertising.

Pitch advertising solutions based on client requirements and brand goals.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and customized media packages.

Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

B. Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand client marketing objectives and recommend suitable solutions.

Provide campaign performance updates and maintain client satisfaction.

C. Market & Product Knowledge



Stay updated on media industry trends, digital platforms, and advertising formats.

Understand competitor offerings and market pricing.

Coordinate with internal creative/operations teams for campaign execution.

D. Reporting & Documentation



Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM records.

Share weekly reports on leads, conversions, and revenue.

Ensure timely collection of payments as per company terms.

3. Skills & Competencies



Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to negotiate and close deals.

Good understanding of media platforms

Relationship-building and networking skills.

Self-motivated with strong target orientation.

4. Qualifications



Graduate in Marketing, Mass Media, Business, or related field.

1-5 years of experience in media sales, digital sales, advertising, or brand partnerships.

Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered (depending on company).

5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Monthly revenue achievement.

Number of new clients onboarded.

Retention of existing clients.

Campaign delivery accuracy and client satisfaction.

Sales pipeline quality and conversion rate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
