Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing and executing communications strategies to publicize the university\'s mission, goals, and accomplishments
2. Working on crafting press releases, media advisories, and other content to promote the university to various stakeholders
3. Managing the university\'s website and social media channels to ensure the content is up-to-date and in line with the university\'s mission
4. Establishing relationships with local and national media outlets to ensure the university is represented in a positive light
5. Organizing guest talks with eminent personalities, special events, and activities to promote the university and create a positive public image
6. Working with departments to create and execute communications plans that highlight the university\'s unique offerings
