About Shohratgarh Environmental Society

Shohratgarh Environmental Society (SES) is a non-governmental organization. SES was informally born with the issue of the local safe drinking water issue in 1985. Over the years, SES has evolved to be a comprehensive NGO that works in the field of agriculture, food security, livelihood, health, education, disaster mitigation, WASH & the environment. Since its origin, SES has been engaged with various development-plus programs. Various programs are addressing issues of children, women, youth & unprivileged groups. These programs are based on community, gender participation & ethical ecological values. SES works with rural communities of Uttar Pradesh as well as the unprivileged group in the urban area of Uttar Pradesh.

About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Preferred education background is of Mass Com, a course on PR is a value addition
2. Should be willing to work from the office
3. Should be able to handle all internal coordination with various departments and teams
within the organization
4. Needs to take care of report generation, analyzing the data and formulating a plan with the
team for PR activity
5. Should be able to perform under pressure and support team
6. Interest in following news and trending topics around the education sector and media
7. Cultivate media relations and build strong rapport with regional media
8. Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorship, and advertising on an ongoing
basis.
9. Should possess excellent writing and communication skills
10. Should have the ability to adapt and execute assignments within short span of time
