Responsibilities:
This is an exciting role and would entail you to
Guide teams on how to use Hive effectively, answering queries and building custom forms
Admin responsibilities including adding users, setting up labels, custom fields etc
Pull campaign and spend reports when required from MX Stats and MX Explorer
Pull timesheet reports from Aura for tracking and billing
Work with MediaOcean and UK agencies to trial and roll out new Prisma features
Upload training content for the team
Develop curriculums and playlists for structured training programmes
Update the portal with new information, sections, and video content
Manage back-end folders and permissions to ensure access is correct
Help maintain the UK FTE reporting template by adding new hires or updating roles
Fill in the briefing form for agency new hires including liaising with the UK contact to confirm details

Qualifications:
This may be the right role for you if you have
A full-time graduate degree (Mandatory)
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a digital background
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills with a proactive, can-do attitude
Working knowledge of Hive or other workflow management platforms
Working knowledge of MediaOcean platforms including Prisma and MX Stats/Explorer
Financial and commercial understanding is advantageous
Experience with media agency processes including digital activation preferred
Technically literate, able to quickly learn platforms such as One Learning and SharePoint for administration, and open to adopting emerging technologies such as Power Automate
Proficient in the Microsoft suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
Good relationship builder and responsive to requests
