As a Production Intern, you will assist and oversee all aspects of shoot production - from pre-production planning to on-set execution and post-wrap follow up. You will work closely with the creative, editorial, and operations teams to ensure that shoots run smoothly, on time, and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in production operations and grow your skills in content creation.
Key Responsibilities
? Assist in scouting and booking locations, managing permits, and logistics coordination
? Help schedule and coordinate shoot days (crew, talent, equipment)
? Liaise with vendors (camera, lighting, props, transport) and monitor equipment setup
? On-site support during shoots: ensure all requirements are met, troubleshoot on the fly
? Assist with shot lists, scripts, call sheets, and ensuring the production plan is followed
? Coordinate with internal teams (creative, editorial, marketing) to align on shoot objectives
? Manage and track production budgets and expenses
? Assist in post-production handoff: labeling, transferring, and archiving footage
? Maintain inventory of production gear and ensure proper care of equipment
? Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content where needed
? Support in any ad hoc tasks related to production or content initiatives

Qualifications / Preferred Background
? Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Media, Mass Communication,
Production, or related field
? Prior experience (academic or freelance) with video shoots or production assistance is a
plus
? Basic familiarity with camera, lighting, grip gear, or video/audio equipment
? Knowledge of local locations, permit norms, and vendor networks is an advantage
? Ability to commit and work flexible hours
