Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Storytelling:

Develop, script, shoot, and edit high-quality, engaging video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok videos, ads) from start to finish.

Produce a variety of content, including product demos, educational "myth vs. fact" videos, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes glimpses.

Transform our homeopathic expertise into relatable, easy-to-understand, and shareable content.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and brand goals.

Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and authentic manner.

Trend-Spotting & Innovation:

Constantly monitor the latest social media trends, audio, and video formats.

Propose and execute innovative ideas to put our brand at the forefront of digital conversation in the healthcare space.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills):

Must-Haves:

A proven portfolio of original video content you've scripted, shot, and edited yourself (Please provide links to your work/portfolio).

Proficiency in video editing software like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.

A deep understanding of what makes content engaging on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.

Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling skills.

A creative and curious mindset, with a passion for learning new trends.

Good-to-Haves:

Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.

A basic interest in or understanding of healthcare, wellness, or homeopathy.

Experience managing social media handles for a brand.

Knowledge of analytics to gauge content performance.
