Job Summary
We are seeking a performance-driven Media Planner to manage and optimize media campaigns across digital, affiliate, and omni-channel platforms to drive leads and brand visibility for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute media strategies across digital, affiliate, and omni-channels
Manage paid media campaigns on Google, Meta, YouTube, Display, portals, and affiliate networks
Identify, onboard, and optimize affiliate partners for lead generation
Ensure consistent brand messaging across online and offline touchpoints
Track and optimize performance metrics (Leads, CPL, ROI, conversions)
Manage media budgets, vendor coordination, and reporting
Work closely with creative, digital marketing, and sales teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in media planning, affiliate marketing, and omni-channel campaigns
Strong understanding of performance marketing and media buying
Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
Data-driven mindset with strong reporting skills
