About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead our client relationships and shape effective media strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a media or advertising agency, with a proven track record of handling content-based clients. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a knack for ideation, a deep understanding of the media landscape, and a passion for building lasting client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of key clients, nurturing long-term relationships by understanding their business objectives and providing expert guidance.

Strategic Planning:

Lead the development of comprehensive media strategies based on client briefs, translating business goals into actionable plans, including media mix and channel selection.

Ideation & Solutions:

Generate creative ideas to address client challenges, collaborating with internal teams to develop holistic solutions that deliver measurable results.

Deck & Proposal Creation:

Prepare and present compelling client decks, proposals, and quarterly business reviews, articulating complex strategies and performance data clearly.

Brief Interpretation:

Analyze client briefs to identify key requirements and ensure all internal teams are aligned on objectives.

Team Collaboration:

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, guiding junior team members and fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications:

Experience:

3-6 years in a client-facing role within a media or advertising agency.

Domain Expertise:

Proven experience in Media Planning, Account Management, and Client Servicing, with a deep understanding of digital media channels.

Content Focus:

Experience handling content-based clients, familiar with branded content, influencer marketing, and content syndication.

Agency Background:

Strong background in a fast-paced, dynamic, client-centric agency environment.

Communication Skills:

Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

Strategic Thinking:

Natural ability to think strategically, solve problems, and identify growth opportunities for clients.

Leadership:

Experience mentoring junior team members and leading projects from brief to execution.
