- Job Title: Social Media & PPC Expert- Recruitment Partner: Opportunity One Step Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Opportunity Hubb)- Location: Noida- Experience: 3.5+ Years to 5 Years- Compensation: Up to - 6.5 LPA CTC- Shift Time: Early Shift (7:15 AM to 4:15 PM)- Type: Full-Time, PermanentRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Social Media and PPC Expert to manage, execute, and optimize our digital advertising and organic social media presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creative social strategy and analytical PPC expertise to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition within a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesA. Social Media Management & Strategy (50%)- Develop, implement, and manage the overall social media strategy across all relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social voice" while managing all community interactions.- Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and translate findings into actionable insights for continuous improvement.- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.B. Paid Advertising (PPC) Execution & Optimization (50%)- Plan, create, and manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns across platforms like Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing) and Social Media Ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).- Conduct thorough keyword research, bid management, ad copy testing, and landing page optimization to maximize ROI and achieve cost-per-acquisition goals.- Monitor campaign performance daily, making necessary adjustments to bids, budgets, and targeting to ensure campaigns are running efficiently.- Provide detailed reports on PPC campaign performance, including key metrics like impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, and cost analysis.Required Skills & Qualifications- Experience: 3.5 to 5 years of proven experience in managing both organic social media and paid advertising campaigns.- PPC Expertise: Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and running conversion-focused campaigns.- Social Expertise: Proven ability to grow social presence and engagement organically.- Analytical Skills: Proficient in using data and metrics to measure impact and guide decision-making.- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is mandatory).- Work Ethic: Must be comfortable and reliable with the Early Shift (7:15 AM to 4:15 PM).How to ApplyInterested candidates meeting the criteria are requested to submit their updated resume and a brief summary of their social media/PPC achievements to:Contact: +91-74717076000 / 9999676827Website: www.opportunityhubb.com (ref:updazz.com)
