Job Description

A Media Sales & Marketing Executive sells advertising space/digital solutions, develops strategies, manages client relations, generates leads (cold calls/socials), creates campaigns, negotiates deals, meets sales targets, and analyzes performance, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and marketing knowledge, plus CRM skills to connect businesses with audiences across media platforms like digital, print, or broadcast. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

Identify new leads, cold call/email potential clients, build a sales pipeline, and close deals for advertising space/media solutions.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, handle queries, and ensure satisfaction.

Strategy & Campaigns:

Develop and implement marketing strategies, design campaigns (digital/offline), coordinate with internal teams (designers), and manage social media.

Reporting & Analysis:

Track sales data, analyze market trends, monitor campaign performance, and present reports to management.

Negotiation:

Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms to secure advertising placements and meet revenue goals.
Key Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or related field.

Experience:

Proven sales/marketing experience, ideally in media.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office, proposal tools, understanding of KPIs/targeting.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication (written/oral), negotiation, interpersonal, project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Attributes:

Result-driven, organized, ability to work under pressure, and strong understanding of modern marketing/consumer trends.
Day-to-Day Activities
