Job Summary:
Responsible for generating, tracking, and monitoring leads coming from local TV channels, cable networks, FM radio, print ads, and other offline promotions. Ensures lead quality, daily follow-up with teams, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Local Media Lead Tracking
Monitor leads generated from local TV ads, crawl ads, scrolls, cable channels, FM radio promos, print ads, flyers, and outdoor ads.
Record source-wise leads in Excel/CRM daily.
Ensure no lead is missed or untracked from any channel.
2. Coordination with Local Channels
Maintain daily communication with channel marketing teams and media vendors.
Collect daily broadcast schedules, ad play count, broadcast proofs (log reports).
Verify whether ads are played as per the agreement.
3. Lead Quality & Follow-up Monitoring
Coordinate with telecalling/sales teams to check lead quality and follow-up status.
Track conversion ratio per channel (Lead ? Appointment ? Sale).
Identify low-performing channels and suggest improvements
.
4. Daily & Weekly Reporting
Prepare reports for:
Channel-wise lead count
Cost per lead (CPL)
Conversion performance
High-performing vs. low-performing channels
Share MIS to management on time.
5. Performance Analysis
Compare channel performance vs. spend.
Recommend channels to continue, reduce budget, or stop.
Identify new local channels for better lead generation.
Skills Required
Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets.
Knowledge of local channels & media operations.
Good communication with vendors & internal teams.
Lead monitoring experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of CRM (optional).
Qualification
Graduate / Any Degree.
Experience in lead Tracking, Media coordination
