We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Media Manager - Sales (Corporate) to lead and drive corporate media sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and mentoring a sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies and forecasts to achieve business goals.
Build, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and long-term business.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
Utilize CRM software and sales data analytics for planning, reporting, and decision-making.
Negotiate with clients effectively to close high-value deals.
Stay updated on market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.
Ensure customer-centricity in all sales processes and engagements.
Demonstrate adaptability, problem-solving ability, and emotional intelligence to address client and team needs.
Job Requirement:
Qualification: BBA / MBA (preferred in Sales & Marketing).
Minimum 5 years of experience in media sales, with proven success in corporate client management and revenue generation.
Strong communication and presentation skills (English, Kannada, Hindi preferred).
Leadership and team management capabilities.
Analytical thinking and strategic planning.
Decision-making ability and problem-solving skills.
Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building ability.
Expertise in handling sales data and analytics.
Advanced negotiation and persuasion skills.
Strong relationship management and networking ability.
