initiative, we are seeking a
Media Manager
to lead high-impact marketing and communication strategies that showcase the project's luxury, innovation, and global appeal.
Position Overview
The
Media Manager
will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing all media and communication strategies -- ensuring consistent brand visibility across digital, print, and broadcast platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative yet data-driven media professional with experience managing campaigns for luxury brands, real estate, or high-value investments.
Key Responsibilities
Media Planning & Strategy
Design and implement comprehensive media plans that align with brand and campaign goals.
Allocate media budgets effectively across digital, print, and outdoor channels to maximize ROI.
Identify the best-performing platforms for reaching HNI and premium audiences.
Digital Media Management
Lead digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Optimize content performance using A/B testing, analytics tools, and data-driven adjustments.
Coordinate influencer collaborations, press mentions, and online PR initiatives.
Content Creation & Brand Communication
Oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content (videos, reels, articles, and brand stories).
Ensure that all content reflects the tone, sophistication, and exclusivity of Palm Jumeirah Indore.
Collaborate with internal designers, videographers, and agencies to produce media assets.
Public Relations & Media Outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, and brand partners.
Develop press releases, event coverage, and brand communication strategies for media exposure.
Manage PR campaigns to position Palm Jumeirah Indore as a benchmark in luxury real estate.
Campaign Analysis & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on media spend, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Recommend actionable insights to continuously enhance performance and brand reach.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
3-8 years
of experience managing media campaigns, preferably in
luxury, real estate, or investment sectors.
Proven success in running
high-budget digital campaigns
and managing
PR/media collaborations.
Excellent understanding of digital platforms, brand storytelling, and audience segmentation.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
