Job Purpose

We are expanding our media & digital team at Asian Paints. Being amongst the most admired brands in India, this role will work closely with the marketing function to ensure best in class media experiences are created for our consumers.

Business Responsibility Areas

Media Strategy - Planning & Buying for a select set of APL brands Analytics - Aligning on the media goals & working on robust frameworks to drive the analytics ambition Performance Marketing - Driving performance marketing for key categories like waterproofing, Beautiful Homes Stores, etc. Driving associations with key stakeholders - Working closely with agency partners, publishers, platforms & brand teams to drive key media & brand objectives. Impacts & Innovations - Driving new age media associations & innovations. Closing the impact framework & driving meaningful associations Driving Digital Campaigns for AP - Driving brand specific campaigns. Driving efficiencies & effectiveness is what the key measurables will be.

Qualifications

Any Graduate/ MBA

Previous Experience

* 8 to 10+ years of minimum experience working in Media industry.
