Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media handler. The Media Handler is responsible for assisting in the smooth functioning of office operations and supporting media-related tasks within the organization. This role combines general

office assistance with media handling duties, ensuring that both administrative tasks

and media activities are efficiently managed.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Support:

Errands and Logistics: Run office errands such as delivering documents,
managing supplies, and coordinating with vendors.

Administrative Assistance: Support office staff with administrative tasks such as
filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Reception Duties: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the
appropriate departments when needed.

Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and
packages.

Media Support:

Capture Photos and Videos: Take high-quality photographs and videos at
client sites, events, or projects for use in social media, marketing, and client

updates.

Story and Update Posting: Assist in uploading the captured content to social
media platforms, websites, or email newsletters. Work closely with the

marketing team to schedule and post regular updates.

Media Content Management: Assist in managing and organizing media
content (photos, videos, press releases) for the company's internal and

external communications.

Social Media Monitoring: Help track and report on the company's social
media presence, including engagement and outreach.

Assisting with Media Events: Support the planning and execution of media
events such as press conferences or promotional activities.

Document and Digital Asset Organization: Help manage digital media
archives, ensuring that files are organized and accessible when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Basic Media Knowledge: Familiarity with social media platforms and content
management tools.

Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with
colleagues, clients, and vendors.

Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Attention to Detail: Ensure that all media content and office supplies are
accurately handled and organized.

Positive Attitude: Strong work ethic with a friendly and approachable
demeanour.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in media,
communications, or related fields is a plus.

Prior experience in office administration or media handling is preferred.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in both office

Note : Field Support Duties:

Visit company sites or events to gather documents, take photos and videos, and create
content for social media or internal use.

Capture and edit on-site video footage and photos that showcase the company's
projects, events, or activities.

Collect and organize important documents from various locations, ensuring they are
properly filed and submitted.
