What would you do?

Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Consists of management tasks and decisions surrounding the ingestion, annotation, cataloguing, storage, retrieval and distribution of digital assets

What are we looking for?

Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience in uploading and downloading digital assets. Proficient in working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms. Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

oIn this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines o Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor o You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments o The decisions that you make would impact your own work o You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts. oo Primary Responsibilities include: o Responsible for uploading and managing assets in the DAM system using standard taxonomy, accurate metadata tagging, and proper digital rights management to enable asset reuse. o Acts as a subject matter expert on librarian processes, key concepts, process flows, and defined scope of work. o Proactively gains end-to-end understanding of the asset lifecycle and collaborates with multiple stakeholders for holistic alignment. o Coordinates with regional markets and external agencies to ensure smooth and efficient library services operations. o Ability to interpret both functional and technical requirements from international clients, tailoring SEO strategies to meet regional and global needs. o Drives continuous improvement in upload turnaround time (TAT) and overall upload management. Identifies tool-related issues, creates effective workarounds, and escalates deviations when technical challenges arise. o Proficient in MS Excel, with expertise in using formulas, pivot tables and data analysis for SEO performance tracking and reporting. o Collaborates closely with team members and requestors to understand requirements and provide practical, business-aligned solutions. o Manages the upload queue efficiently to meet timelines and follows the defined escalation matrix when required.
