We are looking for a seasoned Senior Graphic Designer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing creative team. What are we looking for?
oAdaptable and flexible oAbility to perform under pressure oProblem-solving skills oAbility to work well in a team oWritten and verbal communication o3-6 years of professional design experience, preferably in a corporate, agency, or in-house creative team. oA strong portfolio showcasing work across digital and print mediums that demonstrates creativity, brand understanding, and visual storytelling. oExpert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, After Effects, or other design tools is a plus. oDeep understanding of typography, layout, and color theory. oClear understanding of print and print processes is a plus. oAbility to work autonomously and take initiative, while also collaborating effectively within a team. oStrong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions. oExperience working with established brand guidelines and a track record of evolving brand expression within defined systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
oTranslate creative briefs into compelling visual designs that align with brand strategy and business goals. oDesign across a variety of mediums, including digital ads, social media graphics, web assets, presentations, print collateral, and branding materials. oWork within stringent brand guidelines while bringing fresh, modern, and engaging visual treatments to every project. oMaintain meticulous attention to detail in layout, typography, color, and composition. oCollaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and content teams to execute integrated campaigns. oParticipate in and contribute to creative reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback. oManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
