Job Purpose
Capture photo/video content of doctors, patient testimonials, hospital events, and treatments for marketing usage.
Key Responsibilities/KRA's
Shoot doctor videos, patient testimonials, department walkthroughs.
Edit raw footage and deliver high-quality content.
Manage equipment, lighting, sound.
Support campaigns with fresh content weekly.
KPI's
Monthly Content Output: 30-40 videos
Turnaround Time: 48 hours
Quality Score (internal): > 8/10
Fresh Content Supply: 100%
Skills
DSLR, lighting, audio, storytelling, editing basics.
Experience
1-5 years in production.
