We are an advertising and media agency specializing in creative production, TVCs, social media content, and complete media publishing. We are looking for an experienced
Media Executive
who can manage client coordination, media buying, RO handling, and smooth execution of ad placements across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Coordination & Communication
Act as the main point of contact between clients and media vendors.
Understand client advertising requirements and ensure timely execution.
Manage approvals, timelines, and deliverables for all publishing activities.
2. Media Buying, Planning & Publishing
Book ad spaces in newspapers, magazines, TV channels, radio stations, digital platforms, and outdoor media (hoardings, billboards, metro pillars, etc.).
Coordinate with publication houses, TV/news channels, and outdoor vendors.
Negotiate rates, placement, formats, and schedules to fit client budgets.
3. RO (Release Order) Management
Create, manage, and process
ROs (Release Orders)
for all media bookings.
Ensure accurate details such as ad size, dates, rates, and placement.
Follow up with media vendors to confirm ad releases based on RO.
Maintain proper documentation for all approved ROs.
4. Execution & Delivery
Work with internal creative and production teams to ensure ads meet media specifications.
Deliver final creatives/materials to media vendors in required formats.
Track publishing to ensure correct placement and timing.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of bookings, ROs, vendor communication, and billing.
Prepare media performance and placement reports.
Coordinate with finance teams for invoices and payments.
Requirements
3-7 years of experience
in media buying, publishing, coordination, or advertising.
Strong understanding of print, TV, digital, and outdoor media operations.
Hands-on experience with ROs (Release Orders)
is mandatory.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines.
Good organisational and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
(basic reports, documentation, tracking sheets).
Preferred Skills
Experience in advertising or media agencies.
Strong vendor network and media industry knowledge.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
