We are an advertising and media buying company seeking an experienced
Media Executive
to handle client coordination and media partnerships across print, television, radio, and digital platforms. The role requires strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience working with media houses.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with media companies including
newspapers, TV channels, radio stations, and other media platforms
Manage end-to-end media buying activities for client advertising campaigns
Communicate with clients to understand advertising requirements and propose suitable media options
Negotiate rates, placements, and schedules with media houses
Handle RO (Release Order) preparation, follow-ups, and confirmations
Ensure timely execution and publishing/broadcasting of advertisements
Maintain strong relationships with media partners and vendors
Track campaign performance and share updates with internal teams and clients
Coordinate internally with creative and accounts teams for smooth execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
5-9 years of proven experience
in an advertising or media buying agency
Strong understanding of
print, television, and radio advertising
Excellent verbal and written
communication & negotiation skills
Experience in handling media clients independently
Knowledge of media rates, RO processes, and publishing/broadcast timelines
Proficiency in
MS Excel and MS Word
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently
Preferred Profile
Candidates with existing media contacts is an added advantage
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
