The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AFS (AdSense for Search), RSOC (Real Search on Content), and direct feed monetization, along with a proven track record of handling large-scale media budgets and delivering high-ROI, policy-compliant traffic. Key Responsibilities: - Strategically plan, launch, and optimize high-volume search arbitrage campaigns across Facebook, Native platforms, and programmatic sources. - Drive targeted, compliant traffic to partner search pages powered by Google AFS/RSOC and third-party feeds like SEDO, Ads.com, Media.net, Maximizer etc. - Work closely with tech and monetization teams to align traffic with monetization strategies for maximum yield. - Analyze traffic patterns, click-through behavior, bounce rates, and page RPMs to optimize campaigns in real time. - Ensure all campaigns adhere to Google and industry policy guidelines, quality score requirements, and partner restrictions. - Maintain strict control on campaign ROAS, CTR, CPC, and quality metrics. - Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to scale traffic profitably. - Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and ad network policies.
