The Wellness Shop is looking for a result-driven Media Buyer with hands-on experience in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute performance-based ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms
Define campaign goals, target audiences, and budget allocations
Manage ad creation, placements, and audience targeting
Collaborate with creative teams to develop effective ad copies and visuals
Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Business Manager
Optimize campaigns for metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and timelines
Provide regular campaign performance reports and insights to stakeholders
Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
Coordinate with internal teams including designers, content creators, and marketing analysts
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in running paid ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram and Google
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
Understanding of conversion tracking, pixel installation, and funnel optimization
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to conduct A/B testing and campaign experiments
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
