Key Responsibilities



Plan, execute, and manage direct media buying campaigns as well as campaigns on ad networks. Negotiate rates, placements, and deals with publishers, networks, and traffic sources. Analyze campaign performance data and optimize for ROI, scale, and efficiency. Continuously test creatives, landing pages, and ad placements to improve conversion rates. Monitor industry trends, competitive strategies, and emerging media opportunities. Collaborate with marketing, content, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals. Prepare performance reports and provide actionable management insights.

Requirements



Minimum

5 years of proven experience

in media buying (direct buys and networks). Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using campaign tracking and analytics tools. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Solid understanding of direct response and performance marketing. Ability to work independently, manage budgets, and deliver on performance targets.

SEO knowledge is a plus

(understanding traffic quality, funnels, and organic growth impact). Experience in the financial publishing or fintech industry is a bonus but not required.
