Job Overview:

As a Media Buyer, you'll strategically plan, manage, and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms to maximize ROI and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and optimize media buying campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to ensure effectiveness and optimal return on investment (ROI). Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient ad spend. Develop and execute strategies for scaling successful campaigns. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy. Collaborate with the creative team to test and optimize ad creatives and landing pages. Prepare detailed performance reports to present to the management team.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. At least 2 years of proven experience in digital media buying. Strong expertise with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid media channels. Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and Excel. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint. Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or e-commerce industries. Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns with measurable success.
