Monitor profoundly campaign incongruities and trouble shoot issues with internal campaign management and clients.
Publisher management and retention starting from budget allocation till margin realization.
Media buying and arbitrage on various aspects of deliveries.
Job Requirements
Prior experience of managing CPL Campaigns.
Working knowledge of tracking platform.
Excellent English Communications skills written & verbal.

Lead and manage a team of affiliate marketing professionals, including affiliate managers and coordinators
Set clear performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment
Media buying (both mobile and PC web traffic of CPM, CPC, CPL, CPI, CPS traffic in India
Focus on growing new relationships with key partners, negotiate contracts and pursue ways to secure long-term relationships
Control campaign setup and delivery- status, fraud control, enforce campaign terms
Manage affiliate/publisher accounts, provide marketing materials, the latest product updates, special offers for quality traffic, Financial issues
Negotiate deals and analyze performance Overseas business development
Partner with new vendors / publishers for campaigns deliveries
Looking at clients and publishers/channels reports on regular basis and taking out meaningful insights to help respective teams i.e. client servicing and delivery teams
Preparation of report formats for different purposes i.e. internal MIS creation, Sales planning, Vendor reconciliation and to measure different teams\xe2\x80\x99 productivity
Helo delivery teams optimise roi through data and analytics with understanding of affiliates, facebook ads, sms marketing delivery and media buying
Create a process to manage and measures KRAs of different teams in quantifiable terms
Managing various platforms and tools viz hasoffers/trackier/facebook ads/sms platforms/emailer tools etc
Ensuring Automation of reports and timeliness of reporting
Co-ordination with different teams and making them accountable to meet the TATs defined across different projects
Managing CRM for different tasks

Have indepth technical understanding one of the affiliates platforms viz hasoffers/trackier/affise etc
Team management, multi-tasking and structured thinking
Ability to thrive in the fast-growing environment
Understanding to marketing mix used for digital and eCommerce clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have spent at least 3-5 years in similar role with similar affiliate networks and performance marketing agencies.
