Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize
Facebook & Instagram ads
Manage and optimize
Google Ads
(Search, Display, Shopping - preferred)
Audience research, A/B testing, and creative performance analysis
Daily monitoring of ad performance and budget scaling
Reporting results (ROAS, CPA, conversions, spend)
Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives
Do
outreach for the agency
(cold DMs/emails, LinkedIn outreach, lead follow-ups)
Help generate leads and appointments for the agency
Requirements
3+ year experience in
Media Buying / Performance Marketing
Hands-on experience with
Meta Ads Manager
Basic knowledge of
Google Ads
Understanding of KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented
Agency experience is a
plus
Salary & Incentives
