Key Responsibilities & Required Skills
Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across
Native Ads, Google Ads
, and optionally
Pay Per Call

Push/Pops
traffic.
Strong understanding of
CPA, CPL, CPI
bidding models and performance KPIs.
Manage and mentor a team of media buyers--assign tasks, track productivity, and ensure KPI delivery.
Work on one or more major verticals:
Gambling, Dating, Home Improvement, Casino, Insurance, Nutra, eCommerce, Crypto, Sweepstakes
.
Analyze performance reports, identify optimization opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
Handle tracking tools (Voluum, Binom, RedTrack etc.), pixels, and attribution-related tasks.
Coordinate with creative teams to develop winning ad angles, funnels, and landers.
Perform competitive research and explore new traffic sources for scaling.
Maintain strong relationships with ad networks, affiliate managers, and traffic partners.
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth campaign delivery.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in performance marketing or media buying.
Prior leadership or team-handling experience preferred.
Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
