Develop and execute performance-driven strategies to increase leads, sales, and brand visibility.
Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
Conduct audience research, keyword research, and A/B testing to improve results.
Set up and manage pixels, tracking events, and UTM parameters.
Collaborate with the design and content team to ensure ad creatives are aligned with campaign goals.
Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports.
Stay updated with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in PPC / Media Buying
, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Strong hands-on knowledge of:
Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads
Understanding of campaign objectives, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions.
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and tracking tools.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work creatively and strategically under tight deadlines.
