We're a fast-growing, tech-driven team focused on scaling author acquisition through data-driven marketing.
Role Overview
We're looking for a sharp, analytical Media Buyer who lives and breathes Meta advertising. You'll own our paid acquisition strategy, optimize every rupee spent, and work closely with our creative and automation teams to drive cost-efficient author sign-ups at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Plan, launch, and scale Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) focused on author acquisition
Structure campaigns for optimal performance across different funnel stages (awareness, consideration, conversion)
Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently while hitting CAC targets
Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, placements, and messaging
Technical Setup & Tracking
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and custom event tracking
Troubleshoot pixel firing issues and ensure accurate attribution across the funnel
Work with our tech team to implement proper UTM tracking and integrate with our CRM/backend systems
Monitor data discrepancies between Meta and backend analytics
Performance Optimization
Own CAC targets and continuously optimize to improve efficiency
Analyze campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimization decisions
Identify winning audiences and scale them profitably
Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROAS while maintaining volume
Creative Collaboration
Understand what makes direct response creative work - hook, problem, solution, CTA
Brief designers and video editors based on performance insights
Identify winning creative patterns and provide feedback for iterations
Stay updated on current ad trends and creative formats that drive conversions
Required Qualifications
Must-Have Experience
2-4 years of hands-on experience running Meta ads with proven results
Deep technical knowledge of Meta Pixel implementation and Conversions API
Strong track record of CAC optimization and scaling campaigns profitably
Experience managing monthly budgets of ?5+ lakhs
Understanding of conversion funnels and customer journey mapping
Technical Skills
Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager
Hands-on experience with pixel troubleshooting and event debugging
Comfortable working with Google Tag Manager (bonus)
Strong analytical skills - comfortable with spreadsheets and data analysis
Understanding of attribution models and iOS 14+ changes
Creative Eye
Can identify high-performing ad creative (hooks, angles, messaging)
Understands UGC content, testimonials, and direct response principles
Ability to analyze creative performance and provide actionable feedback
Nice to Have
Experience in D2C, edtech, or service-based businesses
Familiarity with Google Ads
Experience with automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make)
Background in working with lead generation campaigns
Understanding of CRM integration and lead tracking systems
