Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategy
Lead and mentor a team of Video Editors, Video Graphers, content writers, and designers
Own the
end-to-end media funnel
: awareness ? acquisition ? engagement ? retention.
Set quarterly performance goals, allocate budgets, and drive KPIs (CAC, LTV, organic growth, engagement).
Align media & content strategy with launches, academic calendars, and brand campaigns.
Oversee branding, performance marketing and social media trends.
Content Strategy & Writing
Build and execute a
content calendar
: titles, blogs, ads, landing pages, newsletters, and video scripts.
Ensure content is aligned with learner journeys (students, parents, professionals).
Maintain brand tone of voice across all platforms.
Qualifications
Min 2 years of experience in digital media, with at least
1 year in a team lead/managerial role
.
Exceptional writing, storytelling skills.
Proficiency with Performance Marketing Trends
Experience in
EdTech, e-learning
preferred.
Leadership skills: ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate cross-functionally.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
