Media Anchor

to deliver news, stories, and interviews across our broadcast or digital media platform. The Media Anchor will serve as the on-camera face of our content, responsible for presenting information in a clear, engaging, and professional manner. This role requires strong journalistic instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Present news, interviews, and special reports on-air or via live streams Read scripts and ad-lib when necessary with clarity, energy, and professionalism Conduct interviews with guests, experts, and correspondents, both in-studio and remotely Work closely with producers and editorial teams to write and review scripts Verify facts, sources, and information before broadcast Engage with the audience through live interaction or social media (if applicable) Maintain a consistent on-screen presence and professional appearance Participate in promotional events, public appearances, or community engagement as required Stay updated with current events, media trends, and industry developments

Requirements:

Proven experience as a media/news anchor, reporter, journalist, or presenter Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills Strong command of the language used for broadcasting (e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages) Comfortable on camera and able to handle live reporting with confidence Familiarity with newsroom workflows, teleprompters, and studio equipment Excellent research, interviewing, and writing skills Ability to remain composed under pressure or during breaking news situations Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field Experience in digital-first media or multi-platform content delivery (TV + web + social)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
