will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of
Sudarshan Media Academy
, managing student admissions, coordinating academic activities, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the academy. The role involves maintaining discipline, planning training schedules, coordinating with faculty and students, and achieving admission targets through counselling and promotional activities.
Manage daily operations of the Media Academy and ensure smooth functioning of all training programs.
Coordinate with faculty, trainers, and guest lecturers for classes, workshops, and practical sessions.
Plan academic schedules, maintain student attendance, and ensure training quality.
Oversee infrastructure, studio equipment, and classroom readiness for sessions.
Handle student-related queries, grievances, and ensure discipline in the academy premises.
Maintain student records, certification, and training progress reports.
Admission & Counselling:
Handle walk-in and online inquiries related to media courses and training programs.
Counsel prospective students about various media courses (TV Journalism, Production, Anchoring, Editing, etc.).
Explain course structures, career prospects, and help candidates choose suitable programs.
Achieve monthly and annual admission targets through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Coordinate with marketing and social media teams for admission campaigns and promotions.
Maintain admission databases, follow-up records, and prepare weekly admission reports.
Communication & Coordination:
Act as a link between Sudarshan News Channel management and the Academy.
Collaborate with the channel's HR and Production teams for student internships and placements.
Organize seminars, guest lectures, and media workshops to enhance student engagement.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in
Mass Communication, Journalism, Education, or Business Administration.
3-6 years of experience
in educational administration, counselling, or media training institute management.
Strong communication and presentation skills (in both Hindi and English).
Good understanding of
media industry trends, news production, and broadcasting education.
Ability to manage operations, admissions, and people effectively.
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with CRM or admission tracking tools.
