Role & Responsibility

Design and Development:

- Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and processes using CAD
software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Create and review technical drawings and specifications.

Project Management:

- Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet customer requirements and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, manufacturing, etc.) for project execution.

Analysis and Testing:

- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and performance analyses.
- Test and validate mechanical designs and prototypes.

Problem-Solving:

- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in production or during testing.
- Implement corrective actions to improve product reliability and performance.

Documentation:

- Maintain and update technical documentation, including design reports and manuals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical input.
