Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and development of mechatronic systems involving mechanical, electrical, and control components
Support system integration, testing, validation, and production units
Work on sensors, actuators, motors, PLCs, and embedded systems
Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, BOMs, test reports, and design records
Support automation, robotics, and control system projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow project timelines and quality standards
Provide engineering support during manufacturing, installation, and commissioning
Adhere to company processes, safety standards, and client-specific requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
0-2 years of experience in an engineering services or product development environment
Basic knowledge of:
Mechanical design concepts
Electrical circuits and wiring
Control systems and automation
Experience or exposure to:
PLC programming (Siemens / Allen Bradley preferred)
Sensors, actuators, and motor control
Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, or similar)
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and documentation abilities
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Ability to work in a team-oriented, client-focused environment
Preferred (Good to Have):
Experience in automation, robotics, automotive, industrial equipment, or IoT projects
Exposure to testing, validation, or field support
