Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechatronics Engineer with expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in machine modification, R&D, installation, maintenance, and automation development.

This role involves working with industrial sewing machines, motors, controllers, PLC systems, and custom automation setups to create innovative solutions and improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Research, design, and develop modifications for industrial sewing and automation machines. Troubleshoot, maintain, and service mechanical and electrical systems. Integrate sensors, actuators, and control systems to automate processes. Conduct performance testing and improvement of machines. Collaborate with the service and sales teams to develop new technical solutions for clients. Prepare technical documentation and reports for R&D and project work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering. Strong knowledge of mechanical design, electrical circuits, and automation control systems (PLC/servo/pneumatics). Experience with industrial sewing machines and automation retrofits is preferred. Ability to diagnose and solve complex engineering problems independently. Hands-on skills in wiring, fabrication, and assembly work. Proficiency in CAD or control software is an added advantage. Language Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively in Hindi, English, and local languages.
