Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Get trained and operate a

digitally controlled Rigid Box making machine

Work with

servo control systems, logic controllers (PLC), and advanced HMIs

Operate and troubleshoot

robotic arms

with

vision positioning systems

Support installation, calibration, and operation of new imported machinery Collaborate with technical teams for

machine efficiency and maintenance

Assist in

automation integration, diagnostics

, and

error rectification

Maintain operational logs, reports, and preventive maintenance schedules Ensure safety standards and best practices in machine operation Provide input for continuous improvements in machine performance and workflow
Required Qualifications and Skills:

BE/BTech or Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering

Minimum

3 years of relevant experience

in operating or maintaining

automated or robotic machinery

Strong understanding of

servo drives, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial automation systems

Basic coding skills

(PLC programming, ladder logic, or scripting preferred)

Exposure to robotic systems

and

vision-based alignment technologies

Familiarity with

digital control systems, sensors, actuators, and motion control

Ability to read and interpret

technical drawings, manuals, and logic schematics

Language Requirements:

Proficiency in English and Kannada is a must

Ability to communicate clearly with local teams and international technical if required
Other Requirements:

Candidate must be a resident of Bengaluru

Age between 25 to 30 years old

Willing to

work full-time at our Peenya Industrial Area facility

Physically fit and mentally alert to handle high-precision automated machinery Committed to training, learning, and growing with the company's automation initiatives
