1. Operation of the Tundish Spray Robot2. Maintenance of Tundish Spray Robot3. Amendments in the Robot program as per requirement4. Timely raising of requirements of Spares5. Monitoring the cost of operating and maintaining the Robot Spray unit6. Daily & Monthly report on the unit performance7. Coordination with the application team, site management and central team for smooth running and performance of the tundish spray unit8. Ensure the safety the sustainability of the Equipment & the operations/ maintenance.9. Complying with Global standards of Machine safety.Qualification, Knowledge & Skills Required: Qualification: Engineering (Preferably Mechatronics)Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in mechatronics function industrial environment Experience in commissioning, O & M of Robotic systems Experience in maintenance of 440 V and 230 V Circuits and panel boards. Experience in programming of Robotic systems.Knowledge: Basic knowledge about industrial safety. Knowledge to read and understand Mechanical & electrical circuit drawings. Ability to attend problems by reading troubleshoot manuals. Knowledge in computers (MS office)Behavioural skills: Problem solving ability & logical approach Good communication (written and verbal) skillRequirements: Willing to travel to other sites on a short notice.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to ?600,000.00 per yearSchedule:
