Job Description

We are looking for a

Mechanical BIM Modeler

with proven experience supporting

Middle East construction projects

. The role requires hands-on modeling skills and the ability to work closely with design and coordination teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain

mechanical/Plumbing BIM models

using Revit Prepare coordinated HVAC layouts in line with

project specifications and regional standards

Participate in

model coordination and clash resolution

with architectural, structural, and MEP teams Produce

shop drawings, sections, schedules, and as-built documentation

Coordinate with BIM leads and project engineers to meet delivery timelines

Required Experience & Skills:

Minimum 5 years

of experience in

mechanical BIM modeling

Prior experience on

Middle East projects

(Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, etc.) Strong working knowledge of

Revit MEP (Mechanical)

Solid understanding of

HVAC systems, Plumbing systems equipment layouts, and coordination workflows

Ability to work independently and manage multiple project deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using

Navisworks

for coordination and clash detection Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and execution plans
Candidates with strong project experience and a practical understanding of mechanical BIM delivery for Middle East projects are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹59,443.35 per month
