Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical, Electrical and Pneumatic Engineer to join our fast-growing lighter manufacturing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving mechanical, pneumatic and electrical systems across our production lines. You will play a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted production by overseeing machine performance, upgrading control systems, and supporting automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

maintain, and troubleshoot pneumatic systems used in the lighter manufacturing process. Manage and service electrical panels, sensors, and automation systems. Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and pneumatic faults in production machines. Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment. Collaborate with production teams to improve line efficiency. Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and document all technical activities. Ensure compliance with electrical safety and machine standards. Propose and implement energy-efficient and cost-saving engineering solutions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or mechanical ,pneumatic Engineering. Strong knowledge of pneumatic systems, sensors, solenoid valves, and actuators. Hands-on experience in machine wiring, control panels, and PLC interfacing (basic level). Familiarity with production automation and assembly line optimization. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good understanding of safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment. Experience in lighter or FMCG manufacturing setups is a plus.
