• This challenging role requires concepts making, idea generation, creative skill
• Sound knowledge of AIS/ GIS switchgear
• Working knowledge of IEC standards and type testing of switchgear.
• Responsible for R &D project management, agile approach, and methodology.
• Responsible for driving the end to end development of switchgear (ex: AIS , GIS Switchgear Panels, CB etc.) & solving complex problems which need a deeper understanding of the product/solution either individually &/or by anchoring up to teams & fulfilling activities to complete.
• Manufacturing knowledge (casting, machining, forging, welding, bending, injection molding etc.)
• Knowledge of material and its standards (ISO, DIN, IS).
• Knowledge on product change management process.
• Ability to work in a global environment.
• Innovative & creative thinking ability.

• This role is based in Kalwa/Goa.
• You should be a graduate/post graduate fresher in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 2-10 years experience.
• You should be innovative and have experience in switchgear or similar industry/field.
