Hiring MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEERS

for the R&D team.

Education --

B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in

Mechanical Engineering

or related discipline
Experience ---

3-8 years

of experience in mechanical design Defence, aerospace, robotics, precision engineering, or rugged product experience preferred
Key Responsibilities

Define

system-level mechanical architecture

Lead design of: Complete weapon platforms Fire control + optics + electronics integration Own

design authority

for mechanical systems Drive

design reviews, risk analysis, and trade studies

Ensure

trial readiness and qualification compliance

Interface with: Armed Forces / DRDO / QA agencies Manufacturing, vendors, and certification bodies Build and scale mechanical design team
Skill Expectations

Deep experience in defence system engineering Strong leadership and decision-making Expertise in MIL compliance and field deployment constraints Ability to balance performance, cost, weight, and manufacturability Strong knowledge of machine design and mechanisms, Strength of materials and fatigue, precision manufacturing processes. Hand on experience with tolerances, GD&T and fits. Proficiency in

Solidworks, Fusion 360.

Ability to interpret and create manufacturing ready drawings.
