Roles / Responsibilities

Operate and set up turret punching machines for sheet metal fabrication.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication layouts.

Carry out punching, bending, forming, and cutting operations as per design.

Ensure proper dimensions, tolerances, and finishing of fabricated parts.

Maintain machines, perform routine checks, and report any malfunctions.

Work closely with the design and assembly teams to meet production requirements.

Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the work area.

Keep records of daily production and report to the supervisor.

Skills/Knowledge:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter / Machinist trade.

1-4 years of experience operating turret punching/press machines (preferably in control panel / sheet metal fabrication industry).

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.

Knowledge of tools, dies, and gauges used in turret operations.

Hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication processes.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
